Day Rate (Excluding- Models,Stylist and MUA)

Fee covers 8-9hrs time, team and high-end photoshoot equipment. The client is responsible for paying the models, stylist, makeup artists, postproduction (edits) and location rentals.
Project-Based Quote: This is highly customized. A full-day shoot with a creative team (stylist, makeup artist, models etc.)

Copyright Ownership
By default, the copyright for all contents remains with SPROCKETS FILMS. This is a standard practice in the advertising industry and is our way of protecting our intellectual property.
Licensing Explained
When you purchase a photography package from us, you are not buying the images outright. Instead, you are acquiring a license—a legal agreement that gives you permission to use the images under specific terms. This ensures you can use the photos for your business while allowing us to maintain ownership of our original work.
Standard E-commerce License (Non-Exclusive)
Our standard license for e-commerce photography includes the following usage rights:

Media: Unlimited use on your e-commerce website, social media channels, and digital marketing campaigns.

Geographic Region: Worldwide

Exclusivity: Non-exclusive. We retain the right to license these images to other parties.
Image Delivery and File Size
We provide high-quality, web-optimized JPEG files (sRGB color profile) perfect for fast-loading e-commerce websites. The resolution is carefully selected to maintain a balance of quality and performance. High-resolution files for print or other uses can be included in your custom license.
Modifications
To maintain the integrity of our work, you may not alter, edit, or manipulate the images without our explicit written permission. This includes applying filters, cropping, or creating derivative works.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to use any images we create in our professional portfolio and for self-promotional purposes. This includes display on our website, social media, and in marketing materials.
For any specific usage needs beyond our standard license, such as exclusive rights or print usage, we are happy to create a custom licensing agreement. Please contact us to discuss your project requirements.
Payment Terms & Conditions
We believe in transparent and fair business practices. These terms are designed to protect both you, our valued client, and our business, ensuring a clear and professional working relationship.
Booking & Advance Payment
To secure your desired date and our services, a non-refundable booking amount of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. This payment confirms our availability and allows us to block the date exclusively for your event or shoot.
Payment Schedule
The remaining balance of the payment is structured as follows:

40% of the total amount is due on the day of the event/shoot.

The final 10% of the total amount is due upon the delivery of all agreed-upon final deliverables.
Cancellation & Postponement

Cancellation by Client: The booking amount is non-refundable. If you cancel our services more than 90 days before the scheduled date, no further payment is required. If cancellation occurs less than 90 days before the event, the full payment may be due, as we may not be able to book another client for that date.

Postponement by Client: In case of a postponement, the initial booking amount can be transferred to the new date, provided we are available. If we are not available on the new date, the booking amount will be forfeited. A new contract and payment schedule will be established for the rescheduled date, and the package price may be subject to change.
Additional Services & Expenses
Any requests for services or products not included in the original package (e.g., additional edited photos, extra hours of coverage, special prints, or albums) will be billed separately. All reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the project (e.g., travel beyond the agreed-upon radius, accommodation, venue entry fees) will be added to the final invoice.
Delivery Timeline
We are committed to delivering high-quality work. The estimated timeline for the delivery of raw and final edited images, videos, and albums will be specified in your contract. While we strive to meet these deadlines, please understand that post-production is a meticulous process and timelines may be subject to minor variations.

SPROCKETS FILMS AND PRODUCTIONS LLP is a GST-registered business with GSTIN: 09AEBFS2090F1Z3. This allows us to provide you with a valid GST invoice, which may be beneficial for businesses to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).
